What is the cost of embroidery?

Each embroidered design is unique. We base our pricing on the stitch count of your design, which includes manual labor and thread usage of our machines.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Estimates take between 24-48 business hours. This includes rush jobs.

What if I need a logo created?

We do not have graphic designers here, but can refer you to a reputable designer if needed. Canva is also a great site to use if you would like something simple. It has many features to help aid in creating a logo you will like.

Do you charge a set up fee?

Each logo has a set up fee that is based on size, complexity, and stitch count. Set up fees start at $40 for logos and are increased in price if the design is intricate or requires multiple samples.

Each set up fee includes the digitization of your logo and a sample sew out so you can view your logo before we stitch it onto your garments. The logo will stay on file with us for a minimum of two years and longer for clients who continue to place orders through us.

Names can be set up for a much lower cost.

Can I order clothing through you?

TK Originals offers many different clothing options that are available for purchase through our catalog. If you are interested in a certain item, we can assist you in finding the exact product you would like.

All garment orders over $100.00 require payment in advance.

Can I bring in my own garments or hats?

You are welcome to bring in clothing that you purchase from outside sources.

TK Originals requires that all outside garments must be new or like new in order for us to process your order.

Can I ship garments to you to have embroidered?

We request that you do not ship any items directly to us. We are not responsible for undelivered or stolen items. We are not open on the weekends and close promptly at 5 PM, so no one will be here to receive the items if they are delivered outside of our business hours. Please do not send any packages to us.

What if I need my order sooner?

TK Originals gives you the option to receive your finished products sooner with an express fee. Please contact us directly at tkoriginal@aol.com for more information.

What if I would only like one garment embroidered?

We will embroider one item, however the more items you bring in, the cheaper the cost of embroidery will be.

Do you do screen Printing?

We currently do not offer screen printing, but we do offer heat pressing.

Heat pressing is similar to screen printing but it lasts longer. Heat pressing can only be done on certain fabrics. Clients must provide their own art work and some images may need to be vectorized if they do not have a high resolution.

Do you make patches?

We accept orders for patches but there is a minimum of 50 patches required. We do not attach patches to garments, but we can recommend a tailor to assist you locally.

Embroidered patches are made by stitching directly onto fabric to make a classic patch look. (minimum of 25 required to order)

Woven patches are for those who have intricate details in their logo or small lettering. They are made with a tightly woven thread.

PVC Patches are durable and made to withstand rough weather as they are waterproof. They also are 3D in appearance and perfect for anyone who is outdoors often.

Printed Patches are made by printing your design onto twill fabric.

Are there garments you do not embroider?

We no longer accept karate belts or thick leather coats. We cannot embroider heated jackets or heavily layered garments. We suggest bringing in questionable garments so we can see first hand if the item can be embroidered.

We can only embroider golf bags that have a detachable flap.

When is payment due?

Payment is due before we begin the set up process of new logos.

Full payment on garments is due the day that you place the order.

We request all orders be paid for before we begin working on them.

We accept visa and mastercard credit and debit cards, cash, and certified checks.

Garments that were ordered and need to be returned

Garments that were ordered and need to be returned to the vendor prior to being embroidered will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well shipping cost.

Design Cancellations

Clients that have designs set up and are no longer interested in completing their order are responsible for compensating TK Originals for the determined set up fee for their order.
